Hey There

So, I have been working on a post for about three days now that I have really had trouble finishing.

Lately I feel like my brain is full of bees. Not the productive honey-making kind, either. More like the carpenter bees, that eat holes in things.

I just saved it as a draft for the third time, but I hope to get something actually readable up tomorrow.

Incidentally, Isaac finally got over his fear of losing his balance long enough to learn to climb a ladder yesterday.

And there was much rejoicing over his newfound physical confidence.

And now nothing in my house is safe.

Oh, those damn bees are over here in in my head, too.

I am always fascinated when people mention they have unfinished drafts on the back burner. I don't think I have enough self-control for this! I occasionally decide that a post isn't working and I probably shouldn't publish it - and then somehow I can't resist. I almost always publish the same day I write; I've got no unfinished posts, nothing on the back burner...and occasionally the ones I had decided not to publish get a great reaction while other times they are met with deafening silence. All of which just proves that I actually don't know what I'm doing.

I look forward to reading your post, though. Sometimes the ones that are hard to write are the most intriguing.

Oh geez! And here I am lamenting that my daughter learned how to take off her diaper today.

I bet your unfinished blahbedeblah is better than most people's rewrites. Let's have it.

You don't give yourself enough credit. I'm with Mom101. I bet it's better now than some of the crap I have been satisfied with on my own blog.

And ladders. I FEEL your pain. Who allowed boys to get so adventurous?

oy veh. I know it's getting a little cliche 'round ye olde blogtopia, lately, but the utterance is apt for your, um, situation.

also, please post whenever you have two words to rub together. they're sure to be fabulous. everything I've ever read that you've written thus far has been. so.

Yup. Out with the stuff you've deemed not worthy of posting. I bet it is awesome!
