In Which I Come Out to the Internet as a Comic Book Geek

I would so show you photos of my son dressed up as The Flash, in a Halloween costume I made for him, with my own hands. I would totally show you right here, right now.

But Blogger won't let me upload any photos today. I have tried several times at different points in the day. No dice.

You're on my list, Blogger. Do you hear me? ON MY LIST. Right underneath home inspectors who lose your email address and phone number and therefore do not send you the rather significant, immediate-attention-requiring results of radon tests on your potential new home, but instead, just casually give them to your real estate agent who, not realizing you the inspectors never sent you said results, doesn't tell you about them either for three whole days.

Anyway, if you want to see pics of the cutest Flash EVER, and find out what comic book character I dressed up as, you'll just have to click the link to my Flickr account in the sidebar for now.

Hope that the inspector's cluelessness is the only hiccup in your home buying plans!

Can't wait to check out your little man's costume!

I have a list too, oh so many lists of incompetents! At least you have photos to upload, when and if Blogger gets it act together--I haven't entered the digital age yet (no digital camera) and I have--count 'em--six rolls of film as yet undeveloped. I'll post my kids Halloween photos sometime in the spring!

Did you know that you can actually get a blog-thingy that lets you put things on notice, Stephen Colbert-style? I saw it at Girl Con Queso's place. You should get one!

Oh, that is the cutest Flash EVAH! And one pretty Batman (Batwoman? Batlady?) even sans makeup.

Andrea-- it's Batgirl. She's an actual character, one of Batman's assistants/trainees. There have actually been at least three different Batgirls (more depending on how you count them), but this one is my favorite.

Ms. Bub and Pie-- I TOTALLY saw that Colbert "On Notice" thingy-- I think it was on Dawn's site. But I was thinking that since Blogger was not letting me upload photos it probably wouldn't let me put that image up either. I'll have to try again tonight.

I hear you...
I am just thinking of trying wordpress since andrea of Little Bald Doctors went over...
Still thinking about it though...
The devil I know vs the unknown...

Looking forward to seeing the pics of Flash whenever the Blogger gods deem it time...

Too cute! You look awesome in your costume.

See? I am too much of a geek to know that you were Batgirl. How dumb am I? You're a hot Batgirl. That I do know.

Well, I was a bit of an unconventional Batgirl (compared to most TV and comic depictions of the most popular Batgirl, Barbara Gordon). In that I wore pants. But that's why I like the Cassandra Cain Batgirl best. She knows you don't fight crime in a vinyl minidress. Sheesh.
